Ambassador Application

Important Information
Please fill out application and submit a photo of yourself in your favorite Cosi G set or leotard (Photo must be taken in Cosi G).
We ask this for a few reasons...we need to see how our dancewear fits you, how it photographs on you, and that you love it enough to represent us for the entire 2018-2019 dance season.
*If you do not own any Cosi G, please visit a boutique near you that carries our brand, or you can order from www.cosigusa.com.

Requirements
(1) You must be kind, friendly, and caring to others. #dancersagainstbullying
(2) You must be a competitive dancer
(3) You must live in the United States or Canada (Our Australia and U.K. facilities host their own Ambassador program)
(4) You must have an Instagram account and be willing to post about Cosi G in your feed or in your stories three times a week
(5) You will Ambassador only for Cosi G (this does not include photographers, only competing brands).
In doing so, you will receive a monthly clothing allowance and a percentage on sales made with your code.

Ambassador winners will be announced on June 1, 2019
